By accessing or using the Orenium protocol, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Orenium provides decentralized finance (DeFi) services including but not limited to single-asset liquidity vaults, token swaps, and yield optimization. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use DeFi services in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Risks

DeFi protocols involve significant risks including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities and exploits
  • Oracle failures and manipulation
  • Market volatility and liquidity risks
  • Regulatory uncertainty
  • Loss of funds due to user error

You acknowledge these risks and agree that you are solely responsible for your decisions to use the Services.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by Orenium constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any financial decisions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to exploit or manipulate the protocol
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
  • Violate the rights of other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Orenium name, logo, and branding are the property of Orenium Labs. The protocol code is open source and subject to its respective license.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orenium Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
